A health holding runs critical infrastructure and has to secure every endpoint — without slowing down clinical operations. Security exceptions were handled manually: slow, hard to trace, a risk in themselves.

We standardised endpoint security on Trellix, integrated it with Active Directory and largely automated the handling of exceptions — ISO-27001 and NIS-2 compliant. Hardening that runs in the background instead of slowing operations.
