Challenge
Municipal enforcement works in the field — and was tied to paper. Capture, documentation and dispatch ran separately: slow, error-prone and without a real-time overview at the control centre.
Approach
We made enforcement mobile: capture directly on the device, AI-OCR for documents and plates, real-time dispatch to the control centre — fully GDPR-compliant. In daily operation for the City of Linz since 2025.
